We are looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist with a deep understanding of paid media and the ability to independently build, optimize, and scale high-performing ad campaigns. This role is ideal for candidates who are analytical, data-driven, and passionate about delivering strong ROI and measurable business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Strategize, launch, and optimize Paid Ads campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Display, and other relevant channels.
• Manage and scale large monthly ad budgets while consistently optimizing for CPA and ROAS.
• Analyze performance data in depth, identify issues, and propose real-time solutions to improve results.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and funnels to find winning combinations.
• Proactively recommend new strategies for channel expansion, audience growth, and scalable performance.
• Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, and Product teams to produce high-converting ads.
• Stay ahead of algorithm changes, new features, and paid media best practices to maintain competitive performance.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Paid Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing ad budgets from $10K–$50K/month or more.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including tracking, pixels, CAPI, and attribution models.
• A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience scaling campaigns while maintaining stable performance.
• Growth mindset with a proactive, experimental approach to improving results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally..
